Hebreos 13:3 International Outreach Ministry was officially established as a nonprofit organization on
November 23,2013. The ministry began its work with a team of 240 dedicated volunteers, initially
reaching five prisons. Over the years, its outreach expanded significantly, impacting more than 4,000
incarcerated men and women through faith-based programs.
With the support of its volunteers, the ministry achieved remarkable results, demonstrating significant
improvements in conduct, faith, and character among participants. However, due to limited manpower
and resources, the organization made the strategic decision to focus its efforts on a single facility – Desoto
Correctional Program to maximize its effectiveness.
Currently Hebreos 13:3 conducts weekly bilingual biblical classes at De Soto CI, held for three hours
every Tuesday. In addition, a worship service takes place on the fourth Sunday of each month. These
gatherings consistently engage between 90 and 120 students, providing spiritual guidance and fostering
personal transformation within the prison community.
By the end of this 2-year course the students will see a clear improvement in their moral values,
understanding and acceptance of authority and a radical change in their own control of their anger and
emotions.

This 2-year program is structured to provide a thorough and flexible learning experience. Each year is divided into five distinct areas of study, with each area lasting between 8 and 12 weeks. The duration of each area may vary based on the student’s individual progress, maturity, and understanding of the material, allowing for a customized learning path. Throughout the program students will engage in 50 to 52 weeks of learning, allowing for flexibility in the time allocated to each subject as needed.
